TQM & Process Control

NDT

  • Written techniques/procedures; qualified personnel.
  • Individual test reports and consolidated summary.

Welding Quality Control

Compliance from procedure to operator.

  • WPS/WPQR and welder qualifications maintained.
  • Visual inspection and defect criteria per applicable standards (e.g., EN ISO 5817).
  • Heat input, pre/post-weld requirements and distortion control recorded.
  • Weld maps and traceable filler/heat batch data where requested.

Documentation & Traceability

What we make is what we can prove.

  • EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certificates, ITP sign-offs, dimensional reports.
  • Marking lists (drawing/part no., heat/batch/serial, contract code).
  • Photo dossiers and Certificates of Conformity when specified.
  • Operation & maintenance manuals, maintenance schedules.
  • Hydraulic circuits and pneumatic diagrams.
  • Risk assessment/safety instructions.
  • CE marking / EU Declaration of Conformity (where applicable).

Calibration & MSA

Confidence in every reading.

  • Scheduled calibration for gauges and instruments; certificates retained.
  • ISO 17025 external labs where applicable.
  • Gauge identification/traceability; status labeling.
  • MSA (e.g., Gage R&R) on critical characteristics when required.

Non-Conformance & CAPA

Issues handled with discipline and speed.

  • NCR logging, segregation, and disposition.
  • Root cause (5-Why/8D) and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Concession/deviation control and customer approvals when needed.
  • Effectiveness verification and closure records.

Final Release & Packaging

No surprises at delivery.

  • Final dimensional/NDT review against the ITP.
  • Visual condition, preservation, and marking verification.
  • Packaging checks (fit, protection, labeling) per order.
  • Release documentation pack prepared and archived.
